I think the poll advocates have generally been of the belief that it's the totality of polling, not any one singular poll, that's useful for predictions. When averaged out with other polls, Biden has an 8 point lead

I'm sure there are some, but the example you gave is now 7 years old.

Most "3D action adventure" games these days seem either very linear and "cinematic" like the Sony games or open world and mission/quest based. And I suppose BotW certainly went more in that latter direction too.

I guess the key elements of Zelda that I'm looking for are "finding key items to open up new areas in the world" and "dungeons with a heavy emphasis on puzzle solving."

A few days ago a guy intentionally crashed until a group of protesters, then abandoned his car some distance away after it broke down from the damage of doing so. He's a police officers son so he never got arrested or charged, and his mother's lying about everything that happened to try and gather funds in a GoFundMe. Hopefully it's been taken down by now but still.

Yes, though some of those are obviously rights viewed through the concept of having governments that seek to maximize collective wellbeing. The most basic way to think of it is that a fundamental right to oneself cannot be something that requires any kind of barter with another.

It just doesn't seem to me like they're defining rights the way you are. You said "we," and specifically said they were part of "we," but there seem to be some big differences there.
