The naturalists also have no issue with masks. There's probably some overlap with conservative anti-vaxxers, but you also get a lot of conservative vaxxers against masks. Then the bulk of people who don't wear masks simply don't give a shit. It's not an ideological opposition and many of them have no strong political leanings.
