In it I felt they were mainly out for profit and were merely taking advantage of occurrences as they popped up. I also never really knew if they thought it was probable they could use up all the mako or if they thought they could always find more. This could be more my interpretation of them as a mirror to rampant industrialization and not have enough of it based on story elements. --- Shining like the sun |

They haven't spoken about the amounts given to individuals yet. With the numbers they gave for unemployment it would add up to 600 billion in payments by the end of the year if unemployment claims did not increase.
