There are a lot of BS occurrences in NY, and I'm sure vast majority we never see or hear of.

I can believe that there are honest cops out there, but I also believe much of them stepped away from the force for the mess it is. People have had enough. I don't like the chaos, and especially having people caught in crossfire, but that bullshit smirk on every shit cop is about to get wiped away. Good luck planting and abusing your privilege against masses of people.

While not a fan, I do think gaga is a talented artist and her body of work is admirable.

But that song ends right when it gets to her part, and then I skip to Rose's hook.

Generally seems like there was unnecessary filtering. I can't tell if Lisa did get better with her singing and if Jisoo can really pull sharp lines like that. But I liked how BP sounded in general.

I've done crickets, as those are one of the more commonly accessible options.

We'd basically have to learn how to adjust, and by "we" I mean first world society. Tarantulas and shit get eaten elsewhere already. This does seem gross but we could've thought the same about cows and pigs. A lot of people hate bugs, and by shifting the mentality predatory, we can help curb the phobias as well as potential concerns of there being too many bugs under us. I mean seriously, how many ants do you think there are under a park?

Don't focus on the society we live in, and just the reality you exist in. Just keep your sanity and morals intact, and think about what simply keeps you at peace.

I think the people who distance themselves youthful attitudes either do it deliberately in some lame attempt to "look the part" of an adult, or just didn't have much with that time of their life.

Of course we're not talking being a complete weird ass hanging out at a college campus or doing anything blatantly pedo. But if you like music and fashion, etc put forth by younger people, nothing wrong with that. The product/idea/thought is independent of the kind of person who put it forward. There were old guys who got into Jordans when they were new, and seniors who love to blast a Bruno Mars album. If anything, we count on a younger generation to continuously add something new in society.

And there's legal and company policies.
Loss prevention in retail stores also have limited power in what they can pursue.

And were talking about people with like min wage Walgreens jobs here. They have everything to lose by attempting to intervene.

I mainly feel bad for the recorder because of his mom, but looking at the guy, there's more to his issue than just singling out his racism.

Kinda the funny thing with my car. On one hand, Nissan has been lazy to update the car in more than a decade. At the same time, whoever has had their early models doesn't feel so 5 minutes ago.

Been at the back of my mind. My company came with a lot that money couldn't make up for originally, and even now I understand it's a luxury, but it's also been pretty dysfunctional lately. I can't call the work hard. It has just become stupid. Of course I'd actually need to be laid off to receive unemployment benefits, but someone else in the company recently resigned, I guess thinking it was worthwhile despite the financial hit....unless they actually managed to find something comparable in this situation.

I'm starting to wonder what kind of move I can prepare for, once/if this lockdown ends. There's two problems: the obvious difficulty in getting a job as good/better (and I'm sure there's a bigger pool of applicants at that point), and then exactly what I want to do. Everyday office/business related work is just an unfulfilling use of my day apart from paying bills.

Probably would like to work in education if it paid better.

WFH really boldfaced how dysfunctional people can be.

Should hold onto my job because it's still a nice deal.
Yet I've really thought of doing without, because it's like a malpractice for a living now. Not in that underhanded illegal way, but it's just funneling into opting for stupid decisions. I get it, many companies didn't prepare for this, but I expect something more constructive to figure it out.

Problem is making sense of how I would make a living otherwise. Industries I once wanted to get into, heard they can suck a lot too. I've heard of tech guys happily working at grocery stores.

Thing with Seinfeld is I don't go praising it out of fandom. It was just too good of a show I see it as a staple. It's been one of my platforms for registering and expressing humor, that I don't go all excited when I say it's funny, because it also painted a picture of the way society functions.

The finale was... Not amazing, but interestingly enough they made the show end in a way you wouldn't necessarily miss it, like how other sitcoms try to make you feel like shit or something. That in itself was a smart move. You never enter a late season of Seinfeld with "oh, crap it's going to end soon".
