I would say it was the opposite for me. I could feel myself getting better and better each attempt. There are so many times I died when the boss was close to death, but the following attempts were even cleaner. Eventually the attempt I kill the boss was the cleanest attempt

DS3 felt more like RNG outside of Nameless King and Gael which felt like Sekiro bosses. I don't know the movesets of the other bosses.

The reaction time actually isn't that bad. You'll get used to it. Pay attention to their body positioning.

The thing with this game is that once it clicks, the skills carry on to everything else. My "git gud" moment was Ashina seven spears which is accessible before Genichiro which you are on now.
