Just take into consideration that the way for it to work is that you are willing wanting/having to fuck someone else over in the future just for a "profit". This isnt something like a non-essential luxury that you are flipping to make a profit or dealing with a few thousand dollars, we are dealing with a basic human necessity ergo shelter and fucking someone over for Hundreds of thousands of dollars.

Eg. Your intention is to buy a house for $300k then years later and expect some young couple in the future buy it for $500k having them enslaved to even more debt ever had? Or have a "foreign investor" buy it if you so you benefit, but it will be the same deal where they then are trying to unload it for even more, fucking another person over for even more or have rent high.

Plus its kind of dumb af unless you are actually rich and can pay it of quickly. How long is the average to pay off a house? 30-40 Years? And dont forget that job losses and shit can happen during that time.

Ok you buy a house for $300k, then finally pay it off after 30 years. 20, if you were a real good boy but the time frame isnt really important. Then you put it up for sale fore $700k and actually get that amount because thats how the market is. You think WOW I made $400k profit, im so great, Im the best investor. Ok, now you need a place to live yourself, so you go house shopping and find that most decent houses are around that $700k mark because thats how the market is......so in hindsight are you really making a profit when you are just trading that "profit" to buy another house.
