You can't over do it though because then it's like your just looking at words and not processing what's happening or you read something and it makes your thoughts branch off and you start thinking about something else and not really focusing on what's going on in the book. That's one thing I can't do. I can focus in on some things when I smoke, but a book isn't one of them.
