Anyway Death being plastered by Chris was actually super hilarious. I've never been able to read Death but now that Astra Zenaca helped, I'm pretty pleased by the insurance assistance. You know this sounded funnier in my head. Like, I didn't have time to really digest all that much in the moment (day ended like...not even before I got outta work :(), but Death like...killed himself. He didn't even claim the right name for crying out loud. He was like a Phoenix Wright villain, like that Manfred von Karma guy, undergoing a breakdown.

I think by and large everyone that was posting said, "yeah, let's lynch Death." But consider, who expects the day to be ended that fast? I suspect that there was scum posting saying "yeah he sucks" because as it went on longer and Death kept digging a hole, voicing dissent is going to land you in hot water. So I can see it being a keen strategy to say "oh yeah he sucks", not vote him, and then like -- not do it? You hope the tides change. Maybe Death claims something and people back off, etc?

IGCD is scum here for hedging until the end. If he was alright with the "yolo" lynch...why not vote hours prior (he did speak very early about wanting the lynch -- off the top of my head, it'sabout with 4/5 voters?)? If you're going to want the yolo, you'd try to influence it earlier yeah? Ya know, like, before the lynch was set in stone. I feel like he always claims he's bad, and does stupid stuff (IIRC I had to modkill him for...something weird, sorry for the bad memories) -- but this is calculated.

han - "he sucks, 'it can't be helped', by the way i am a n0 prostitute, my name is hand of the neckos"
lolo - "please don't end day! i wanna help"
5tar - "i don't like death but here's some other content"

mzero - n/a
scare - n/a

so basically, 4 people n/a there. They weren't there, or just ended the day. Scare ended the day, but I don't really know his thoughts on Death; unless I missed it he never mentioned it. Just talked about Han. So yeah, can't conclude much about those 5 players. And before you say, "he ended day!" uh well I'm pretty sure he always kills the round if he can. I can see the late opinion changing on lynching death but not following through by just not wanting to end day. Which...is fine I guess.

Conversely, the only player consistently <i>against</i> the lynch is SBell. I do think this speaks well to him simply because cheerleading against the death of death just...is unnecessary? I don't know. He's tunnelled me in every game in existence, so that is no clue for me but yeah I typically think that someone that's sticking his head out for actual no gain is something town ends up doing. And SBell, to me, has always been prideful. Kind of like...Dark Spiral in a way...just less weird. This does ring similiar to how Lopen (Town in YYH Mafia) went after SBell ironically enough.

other random notes (from either reading the topic in real time and missing 90% of the post or conversely what i read when i was in front of a pc)
-lea was very weirdly passive. busy or whatever? i understand being busy, i am very popular and get busy too. driving or whatever, so...like, i guess she drove across canada again for some reason. i sympatheize and do not doubt the business, but, she did talk early in day 1 morning...I dunno, the behavior strikes me as abnormal. like...forced posting, in a way. i don't think she's town.
-only other player that i noticed to have protected sultan (besides chris) was 5tar. not sure what this means, if anyone wants to talk about it let me know?
-scare and han are very clearly lying about what they claimed.
-is ulti actually claiming the same thing he's done like 20 other times actually indicative of anything?
-sultan comes off as the low hanging fruit, since he's eaed 2.0. he probably should just be scanned because i've never actually played with him.
-if chris actually bussed death then props to him, but i solidly trust him to be town. cresdent too really...but i dont know if she's a busser so /shrug
-do chris and red always make a dead declaration of them being town or scum day 1? ive played in a few games together with them and there's always someone saying <i>something</i> tips X or Y to being whatever.

Cautiously optimistic. Some of the concept art looked cool. Telling stories that don't revolve around the movies will give it an opportunity to be fresh, which I think Star Wars badly needs.

I dont really want to make a topic about this anywhere else but I really wanted to share it with people. I was sitting here in the dark petting my cat and I realized that every time I have ever had the cat on my chest and was just petting it, i have been causing an insane amount of static electricity to corse through its coat. I always thought that the pain i was feeling were her claws gripping me as i pet her, but in the dark I could see her fur lighting up like the sky in a thunderstorm and that the sensation I was feeling was that static electricity passing back to me.
