This so fucking hard. My girlfriend and I have a sort of special association with the place as well (essentially where we went for our first date, and on top of that we've had a hell of a lot of amazing conversations every time we've been there in particular for some reason). The burgers are the best I've ever had, and sharing it with her just makes it all the better.

Far worse. Mostly because politics on this site invites a lot of fighting and things have been more divisive than ever for a few years now politically. An entire board devoted to a polarizing subject, with a number of bigots and ignorant people on both sides pretty much free to come and go? Throw in a few dashes of hostility and you've got the toxic containment zone that is the politics board.

The Steam versions of the Sega Genesis collection are literally just ROMs, and they added mod support. Lol. >_>

Yeah, I get that and the legalities around that and other legally-obtained ROMs. It just seems whenever the topic of ROMs comes up on GameFAQs in general it gets nixed eventually somehow even if it's not clear it was illegally obtained.

Yes. Emulators are legal in and of themselves and thus okay to discuss, but usually when it comes to discussing ROMs I guess the mods are in a position where it's usually best to assume they were illegally obtained? Not 100% sure on that latter count though.

Alabama being an F doesn't surprise me. I went to the store yesterday with my grandmother and she and I were like the only ones wearing a mask and gloves. I think I only saw one worker with them as well, and maybe only one or two other patrons. >_>

My grandmother also said she was openly mocked for wearing her PPE at the store a week or two ago. People here are such morons.

Anyone knowledgeable enough in state/county/village law to comment on Georgia Governor Kemp's statement "Kemp said cities and counties cannot take actions that are more or less restrictive than the states actions."

Pretty sure it's bullshit. It's like a tiered system, essentially: everyone follows the laws from those "higher up" in the hierarchy, but can impose their as well. So a county can mandate something, but the state as a whole need not follow. Conversely, the state can mandate something, and the county has to follow it, but the county could even be stricter (within reason).
