Considering a comes with a 240 hz screen, I would wager it's better to use the laptop screen than a TV, unless you want a higher resolution
Mostly for the Variable Refresh Rate + 240 Hz upper limit.

Unless your TV can keep up with your Monitor (VRR @ up to 240 Hz), it won't benefit for you to route out to the TV.

It would actually be detrimental (4k will unnecessarily tax your system for little benefit + 60 Hz limit and lack of VRR).

That said, "Max Q" is more misleading than even other Mobile GPU configurations. Max-Q is a downclocked mobile GPU, which means theoretically it could be two steps below the desktop equivalent. But Razer supposedly clocks their Max-Q GPUs near the standard mobile variants, so that's nice.
It's a bit more complicated

https://www.laptopmag.com/articles/nvidia-max-q-faq
https://www.tomshardware.com/reviews/max-q-definition-nvidia-graphics-cards-gpus-laptop,6339.html

But the end gist of it is that given the tiny volume constraints and limited cooling capacity, it gives you the best possible GPU performance.

So a lot of things are vendor configurable.

RTX 2080 Max-Q is apparently somewhere between a desktop 2060 and 2070, which is disappointing and misleading from a naming standpoint. That said, it's legitimately amazing considering it fits in laptops that would've been considered nearly Ultrabooks a decade ago.
That's historically been the naming perogative of all mobile GPU's. It's a industry wide issue.

That being said, the fact that that much power is in such a small and tight chasis is amazing.

We got married in December. A very small wedding because lesbian weddings in Oklahoma are still a bit taboo.

I still legitimately cannot believe that I went from closet bisexual to married to another girl in just a few years. I never even had a serious relationship with another girl until her.

Although her being from Ethiopia turned out to be the more interesting thing, because their customs regarding weddings and whatnot are so different from Europeans. It was a lot of fun, we had Ethiopian clothing and whatnot.

We're going to have a European-style wedding in a few months, again on the cheap. Being that I literally never wear dresses and am a tomboy, getting a wedding dress has been super awkward.

The problem with Razer Hardware is that they have a tendency to last just long enough to crap out right after the warranty expires.

I'm sure you've seen the stories about Razer ___ dying literally a month after the warranty goes away.

It's up to you if you want to deal with that when you're willing to spend so much money on a Gaming Thin & Light.

If you wait a few months, a lot of the AMD Thin & Lights got announced at CES.

There should be new Thin & Light gaming laptops using AMD's latest mobile parts.

If you have it, run through all their networking course material from basic to as far as you can understand.

It can't hurt.

But you need to fundamentals first, and you don't seem to have that part.

Like understanding IPv4:
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/IPv4

This should be easy for you to understand and how it applies to current day Network / Internet.

Then from there on, you can decide which route of networking you want to go.

Also learn to crimp your own CAT cables and learn to pull wiring on your own.

There are, but those vendor certs are usually tied to their Enterprise Network OS or specialty software.

BGP:
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Border_Gateway_Protocol

Learning basic Networking will give you better insight into the big picture of Software / Programming / How the Computer works on a Network.

Same with learning Coding and understanding Hardware at a deeper level.

If you can keep up with the super detailed technical articles on Anandtech, you're at a good starting point for jumping into even more detail into the technical computer world.

There are countless layers to learn and understand.

Well i can do that, but i know nothing about like cisco switch and router config. I think a home network is fairly different from an enterprise network.
There are other networking software other than Cisco.

And even figuring out Cisco, is just tedium + training time in figuring out their CLI (Command Line Interface) and how to setup their ancient ass Network OS.

Given most of the vulnerabilities that have been revealed by Snowden, lots of major vendors are going Open Source Networking Software Stack to get away from Cisco.
And most of those Open Source Networking Software is GUI based instead of CLI.

Most of the differences is Size / Scale of the Network and how you want to arrange it.
