If we had a "Max Class Room Size" cap, we would know how big to build all the rooms and any new rooms would be designed around that.

I don't disagree with what you're saying. I am just saying it seems to be apart of the general bureaucratic structure of so many organizations. Being a teacher, I definitely see lots of fluff jobs all over the place. But talking to friends that work in more corporate settings, middle managers are abundant and their roles are entirely nebulous. My friend who is a consultant feels that over 70% of middle managers are completely worthless and are just used in organizations to promote people they like and present the image of order.

That's part of what's fundamentally wrong with society at work in the Public/Private sector.

We need FAR less middle men / management / Administration and far more people who do their effin jobs that are crucial to the product / service.

Academia also had administrative bloat. So in the US you pay the most for public education per student. You get the highest average tuition per student. And for both the actual teaching staff is poorly paid and held to low standards while the admins absorb all the money.

Sounds like we could use some Top down Federal Legislative regulations / law making to invert that paradigm.

Force a paradigm shift where we minimize the number of Non-Teachers to the absolute minimum that is necessary and get MORE teachers that are better paid and funded and give them REAL power to teach and force learning.

Not just graduating kids for the sake of statistics and making a district "Look Good".

If a kid shouldn't pass, they shouldn't pass.

Teachers need authority over student behavior and the ability to seriously punish.

To be fair, almost all jobs have too many administrators/management.

But I've noticed that there are ALOT of Administrative Head Count relative to teacher slots in a school system.
And each Administrator eats ALOT more $$$ then teachers.

That money that is used for their facilities, could be diverted to more teachers, smaller class sizes. etc.

Academia isn't much better. University of Washington makes it near impossible to punish students for cheating and has offices setup to basically always support students accused of it. They also allow students to request a grade audit if they get a bad grade. The whole system is designed to extract money, not educate.

Also I literally taught 400 person classes sometimes. Me and two TAs, with 400 students.

There really needs to be classroom size caps

China is already having Facial Recognition + Pupil Detection on students and AI tracking how often they are paying attention to the teacher.

That will be the future tools available to many teachers where you have camera's everywhere monitoring students and recording ALL interactions so that they can be held accountable for every word they say and every action they perform. Privacy is DEAD.

In the future, I wouldn't be surprised if teachers are required to wear Go-Pro like body cam's to monitor all encounters to prevent "He Said/She Said" BS.

That's usually how modern Aircraft Carriers operate, they have multiple Aircraft on deck pre-planned, and ready to go, the UN Spacy operates on similar principles to the US equivalent.

Then the aircraft carrier wins with a small marginal.

It should win by a much larger margin since it can pre-stage the aircrafts and make them all ready to launch and have higher volume. What your aircraft carrier is designed to do is operate under stealth and hit a target from a vector that the enemy isn't expecting enemies to come from. Ergo the stealth aspect.

But if they are inside the ship, then the taxi and elevator process will take longer, and the catapult wins.

But usually there are 2-3 elevators operating at the same time along with multiple catapults.

But if it was an emergency... then the Valkyries would probably fly up from the elevator shafts in gerwalk and battroid mode faster.

You only do that if you have a power outage or the elevator is stuck on the bottom. That should be a very rare occurance.

I would say that it is not only original, it should be faster to launch all 6 Valkyries than what it takes to launch 6 Valkyries from inside the Prometheus.

I think it would be about the same at best since most normal aircraft carrier launch decks have multiple EM Launch rails that can launch nearly simultaneously. The longest time wasted is the taxi and elevator procedure.

While on this vessel, you have to extend out each valkryie 1x at a time.

But that's got to be the most original method of launching a Space based Valkyrie that I've seen.

It got the Stealth Shaping right for when it's in normal "Travel Mode".

But, your Stealth profile is gone the moment you launch fighters.

And launching your Valkyries must be a very slow process compared to traditional catapult / landing on the deck.
