I like the idea of Velma being a lesbian. At the time the first movie came out, a number of women in the LGBTQ community were claiming her as one of their own. Then the movie gave her a boyfriend.

If the next Scooby Doo makes her a lesbian, I'm all for it. Unfortunately, she's so often shipped with Shaggy at this point it'd almost be like making a Superman movie where Lois Lane is gay. I think they'd be more likely to make Daphne a lesbian, Fred undefined, and have Shaggy and Velma continue to be a ship. I know that's still breaking up a canon heterosexual couple, but Fred and Daphne are less interesting characters and therefore easier to tinker with.

If Velma is a lesbian in the next movie or cartoon show, that's awesome. Just don't go for the obvious Daphne x Velma ship.

The problem is that Trump, as the voice of the conservative party, has taken a no mask response. Had this happened during Obama's presidency, George W. Bush, Mitt Romney, and John McCain would've all vouched for wearing masks.

We would've still gotten the "muh freedom" contingent, and the people claiming that this is communism, but I think at least 40% of conservatives would've worn masks. 90% of liberals, 40% of conservatives, and more than half of independents would've worn masks.

It would have been a lot less people going mask-free than what we have now.

The only permanently kissable thing I know is a hidden chest in the first 20 minutes. If you miss it, your hidden chest radar will go off in that room for the rest of the game.

I absolutely HATE that missible. You literally have to break the fourth wall to get it since, in the context of the story, Mario hasn't been told about the existence of the hidden chests. He's also putting the rescue of the princess on hold to grab a hidden item... which now that I think about it is something he does all the time.

In hindsight, Mario's kind of an ass. <_<
