  • More literotica! People are stuck at home, so they have more time to write pervy stories. :3
  • Hazard pay. My life is now worth $100 more per week. (Yay.)
  • Free cable previews in the early stages

Seriously, this pandemic stinks. I'm ready to go to Disney World. <_<

  • Been able to catch up on things I haven't at home
  • Had an extra half hour of free time either side of work because of no commuting
  • No commuting!
  • Can make nicer food for dinner because I'm at home to occasionally check it
  • Have a better argument to make now about working from home in future

This is a good one.

More working from home is a good thing also, imagine how we could improve as a society if every job that could be done at home was done at home.

Short term:
  • Lack of traffic (at first)
  • Hand-Washing
  • People staying the fuck away from my personal space
  • More time to read stuff, play games, do introspection

Long term:
  • Sick Pay, Hazard Pay, Teleworking will likely be taken more seriously and fought for now
  • Restaurants basically sped up their carryout advancements. I no longer have to go in talk to some randos who probably won't understand my order and simply park it and wait. Chick-Fil-A have been amazing with this, considering their atrocious drive thru lines.
  • Masks will become more normalized. I doubt everyone will keep wearing them in 2022 but no one will probably look at you funny for wearing one anymore.
  • Preparation. Now that we know this shit can happen and ruin our entire year, they aren't going to take chances for a while.

The thing we all have to watch out for is employers passing on costs to employees in the process.

Like how many of you guys are having your utlities and such subsidised? I doubt very many at all.

People are more likely to wear mask during the flu meaning less spread.

Also I didn't have to buy Metro cards for several months.
