There might be a way to block the number (through the default phone app that your phone comes with).

Is it really a dumb question?
I would understand that she couldn't report the crime at the time because she was too young to understand the very nature of the crime (or maybe she might of viewed it as something normal).

If the diseases started in Mexico, they wouldn't be able to contain it nearly as well as China because Mexico is still a developing nation, and it's still trying to adopt many measures into combating various kinds of diseases.
