Got called in to a store in a really sketchy part of town, and the AC in the building didn't work. Had to call up the corporate divisional manager and have him come over to open the store because the manager who was supposed to be there walked out the night previous. Ended up closing the store down for several days because it was 106F inside the store. Also, there were a few torn up mattresses and desks out back near the dumpster where the homeless would crash for the night.
