So right now I am catching up on all 2019 releases (mainly award show movies and other well received ones) when I remembered people liking Fighting With My Family, and I hadn't seen it yet. Noticed it was on Amazon Prime Video so decided to watch it after work today. I should mention I try to go into movies knowing as little as possible (often avoid trailers and only read brief synopsis). I should also mention I am not really a wrestling fan anymore, probably haven't watched in over 15 years at least. I know who some of the big names are but that's basically it. Anyways I am watching it and keep thinking "Hey this character's name is Paige just like the real WWE wrestler. Wonder why they did that." Thinking she was going to meet the real Paige and that would be a story line at some point. Then the climax of the movie happens (no spoilers here) and I kind of rolled my eyes a bit thinking it was kind of unrealistic. Then the movie ended and it said what Paige has actually done in the WWE then I realized this was a biopic and based on Paige's real life. At the same time I felt stupid for not knowing that or connecting the obvious dots sooner, but I also felt happy knowing these were real people chasing and achieving their dreams.

I mean kids that go to Christian private schools constantly outperform public schools

This is for a lot of reasons.

1. Those schools can straight up kick out any kids who cause problems.
2. Usually smaller class sizes.
3. Parents have to pay for their kids to go there so that means they kids come from a financially stable environment.
4. There is usually a greater sense of family involvement in those kids of schools.

My answer is The Saboteur. Probably my favorite open world game ever. It feels like your choices actually effect how the game plays out.

Like I said on average there are big differences, but at the same time there were super smart and well behaved kids at both schools, and kids who didn't care about anything and had behavioral problems at both schools. The difference was in the middle. Behavior and academics are bettter at my rural school, but I would say it is almost entirely due to their home lives.

Yes, on average, but there are still students (on every part of the spectrum) from different districts who act identical to students in districts totally opposite of theirs.

*I have taught in the inner city, and currently teach in a rural school district.
