No playable character has a spirit. They have variations who are spirits. Construction Mario is separate from Mario Mario, for instance. That said, ARMS made every plausible character a spirit already, so you may be right.

mario in a different hat isnt a different character. Construction Mario is literally a costume you can wear in the game when you play as Mario, thats a playable character with a spirit.

the only minor thing theyd probably have to do is change the original spirits name to Ribbon Girl (something) so the new playable character spirit can just be Ribbon Girl

it pretty much is.
If I didnt know any better already and you showed me Bravely Default and told me it was a game kickstarted by the lead designer of the DS FFIII remake and meant to be a spiritual successor to that game like Bloodstained and Yooka-Laylee were for Castlevania and Banjo-Kazooie, I would totally believe it.

but its not that, its an official Square game. I dunno why they didnt put Final Fantasy in the title.

That's one of the only games in the bracket I hadn't heard of prior, tbh. I expected TWD to lose a step, but I didn't think it'd bomb this badly.

I wasn't as down on Bravely Default as most, though, so I'm still feeling okay about Monster Hunter > Sekiro.

Yea, maybe you are right.
Halo fans will vote Halo even if they deep down know LiS is the better game.

i dont think having a spirit is relevant at all. There are characters who are already playable that have spirits too. I dont think having an extra Ribbon Girl is a significantly different from having Builder Mario and cat Peach

I'm using the GameFAQs community for my comparison, truth is I didn't research actual game sales data. I'm impressed that the game did that well. On GameFAQs though, Berseria was played by more people (about 1000 more) and the board is massive in comparison to Hollow Knight's--

I dont think that gamefaqs collection data is worth much to begin with (who even uses that feature?), but youre only looking at one platform for Hollow Knight. It has another ~750ish owners if you factor the non-Switch versions.

I found a mystery island loaded with hybrid tulips and brought a bunch back to my island. I planted ten black tulips, and now I have a near constant swarm of peacock butterflies that are worth 2500 each. It almost feels like cheating, im getting so many bells.

It is potentially helpful, but they probably need to suspend it over a longer period. Like suppose nonessential jobs are shut down for 3 months; it would be helpful to say that you need to have nothing paid after month 3, the first 4 months paid after month 6, the first 8 after month 9, and everything paid by month 12.

Where are people expected to get the money to pay for a years worth of rent on just nine months worth of wages?
