From his refusal to treat it seriously, to his continued push of masks being a political issue, to disbanding the teams set up to guard against this, to defunding efforts to contain, study and treat these things, to demonising innocent people as the fault of it, by demanding places reopen before they are ready, to stealing supplies and refusing to give them to those that need them, to actively saying it's not bad and encouraging people gathering up without proper social distancing.
