Basically, Phil will default and foreclose on the CT condo if he doesn't show up to CT court on 4/10/20. It's a signed order of default and it will truly fuck him over. Especially now since his Chapter 7 has turned into an "asset" case and he must sell all his assets to pay his creditors. His debt is no longer dischargeable now.

The fact that the media and other companies seem to be making a concerted effort to snuff out and censor all content that is even slightly skeptical of 5G is evidence enough to me that there's something going on.

HO said anything related to the COVID-19 event is excused. Wrong. My friend claims Store Managers are refusing to play ball and not following HO's mandate. His store only recently got shutdown after 2 people had confirmed cases. Management refused to tell anyone and iirc threatened to fire anyone who dared mention it.

I am a fan of Phil and what he offers over other streamers is that I find him getting mad to be very entertaining. Same with LowTierGod, I dislike super nice "bro" streamers, to be honest.

Hell no. DSP is pure scum. But, I'm also being realistic in that he's likely not going to come out of this harmed. Dude is making 6 figures and still somehow in debt and still begging. Dude is 40...c'mon...it's just sad. Piggy is really banking on the notion that these lawyers and the court have no idea what any of this stuff is. Im sure dozens of people have gone through similar shit when they took out loans trying to make it on youtube, twitch, etc., and the lawyers have most likely seen cases similar to this before. DSP is an opportunist when the opportunity appears convenient and requires minimal effort. He doesn't need to do anything here. He pays his attorney a one time fee for her to walk him through the proceedings And in his head, he gets what is essentially 230k free cash (that he already spent) and an opportunity to increase his profits further. He probably thinks that his future profits won't be tracked or cut from, so basically anything extra he earns from milking this is also free money in his head.
His attorney got paid what, 1-2k? That's a massive profit if you go by DSP's logic. This is the man who flipped credit cards hoping he could juggle them hard enough to win against the bank. He sincerely thinks that he's smarter than most of the world. This isn't much of a stretch if any at all.

Even better here for him is that this fuels his victim narrative no matter what.

There is no situation that DSP will not spin to make himself look like a victim. He considers it a win as long as he finds a way to not take responsibility. DSP is the guy who can talk about throwing Jews in an oven, then claim that he's the victim because we not only made him do it, but we made him look bad because we're evil and amoral. He did nothing wrong, when he said it, it was innocent and good natured. It's only bad when other people say it, or when anyone brings up that he said it.

DSP doesn't want to make it out just fine. He's trying to flip a profit off of this, a profit of around 230k, that's the end goal. His game is that because everything is business related, he wants all of it to be protected, other than the CT condo. As for that, he wants the bank to cover the extra 50k he owes past the property value. This means he pays 0 on it, but no one can take a dime from him on it (because he has no assets that can be seized, since he wants it all to be protected).
Same thing for the 130k of credit card debt. He wants all of it forgiven, and if the creditors pursue, he wants the court to protect his assets again, so he can tell them that he will never have any money to pay (because his expenses will always outweigh his income, but everything he buys is business protected assets, so basically as he claims on stream, he never has any money to use.), and if they want money, they need to have the court pay them, not him.

The flip side of this is that DSP will spin the narrative that he won't get out of this in a good state. In fact he'll tell everyone that he'll be utterly devastated no matter what the outcome is. He's going to need more help than ever, because clearly only earning 60k isn't cutting it, he needs more. Oh, those earlier figures where his combined income was nearly 6 figures? Forget about that, just remember that he's not earning enough.
In other words, he can't make it out just fine, because YOU aren't giving him enough money. In order for him to make it out just fine, he'd need more money. On top of the money he's trying to scam from the bankruptcy, on top of the 60k he's earning yearly, on top of whatever is in the inheritance he's waiting for.

This is what we call trying to have your cake and eat it too, the best of both worlds.

I was a hardcore Mapler for the original Maplestory back in the day. Maplestory 2 was not that great in my opinion. It was way too generic and offered nothing special compared to other free-to-play games.

Im surprised the original ms is still active. For me, it ran its course after summoning cubes were introduced because it became, at that point, too easy to level up, way too much overlap of skills between classes and way too many classes.

Whats even more surprising is how big it still is.

This situation and response by the bank is pretty standard. Everyone on this thread is acting like Phil is in a bad way....no the bank is the one in the bad way right now.
As soon as Phil started the process for filing, the bank cannot move forward. They aren't even allowed to contact him.
THeir biggest concern right now is minimizing the amount of money they are going to lose. No matter what, the bank loses.
The first thing they need to do is secure the unit. Most likely its been unoccupied for a while. They need to figure out what repairs need to be done and they need to get this onto the market ASAP.
What they don't want is for this condo to rot from the inside out.
This doesn't really have anything to do with getting money out of Phil because...they just simply are never going to get the money they are owed out of him.
Its all about limiting their losses.

Streaming can be fun but, it wears down. A majority of people will never be a big streamer or make money. A majority of those streamers have what we called personality that attracts people. Anyways, you need to spend all day streaming and going on vacations/breaks tend to harm your channel. Also, no privacy.
