I wouldve died in a high speed car accident when I was 18 if there was a car in the right lane when I swerved to avoid a sudden stop on front of me.

And also if I didnt maintain control of my own car.

I had something similar happen, but I don't know if I would have died and I didn't have to swerve. If I wasn't maintaining a very good length apart from the car in front of me I would have hit him after he suddenly had to stop because of the other cars in front of him. It was pretty close and I really had to hit on my breaks. Any slight distraction of looking away for even a second or two would have really screwed me

What did you do about someone following you? How did this pan out?

Have you ever been close to or narrowly "escaped" death?

I'm not too sure if I've escaped death (because nothing is really jumping out at me) but I did probably almost get kidnapped around 5. I was playing outside in the front yard and a car pulled up and called me over. I went closer to it, but not too close. There was a man in there asking me if I wanted candy (how stereotypical, right)? I told him I had to ask my mom and I ran into the house.

When will GTA 6 be announced?

Older article (late 2018), but I was curious about GTA 6 updates and stumbled upon it. If it's "unclear what (they) would do with it" in late 2018, that would lead me to believe it's not been worked on much at all.

"Dan Houser, co-founder of Rockstar Games, indicates that creating Grand Theft Auto Six (GTA VI) in today's political climate would be too tricky."

"All previous GTA games have been released within five years of the last one, meaning GTA VI should be right around the corner.
According to Houser, that's not the case. "It's really unclear what we would even do with it, let alone how upset people would get with whatever we did," he told GQ.
Grand Theft Auto makes its satirical political/social commentary within its city billboards, pedestrian dialogue, radio commercials, and storyline dialogue. Houser told GQ that because of today's climate, those jokes would be very hard to construct.
"Both intense liberal progression and intense conservatism are both very militant, and very angry. It is scary but its also strange, and yet both of them seem occasionally to veer towards the absurd. Its hard to satirise for those reasons. Some of the stuff you see is straightforwardly beyond satire. It would be out of date within two minutes, everything is changing so fast."

Technically speaking those cities are "Trump supporting", but it would be vary narrow. My response was to someone who said any place that supports Trump overwhelmingly, which is a whole lot of places.. with low crime rates.

To be fair, no one is comment on the amount of "interactions" they're commenting on the content of said interactions.

Trump uses his press time to praise himself, discredit the media, lie and then blow up and storm off like a child.

No other president has ever done this,Republican or Democrat. His entire platform is centered on promoting dividing the nation intentionally, decrying facts/science and promoting hateful rhetoric.

And when scrutinzed for it he flips out.

Remember when he used a national Corona Virus update conference to play a literal propaganda piece about his own administraton?

That's literally 1984esq

Whether or not you feel his answers to questions are adequate, he's still answering them and being put on camera answering questions from the press. He's not a no show or someone who always just walks directly from the White House to his helicopter without stopping to answer questions.

A ton of billionaires are "cash poor" (not necessarily poor, but don't have too much in liquid assets, mostly due to inflation, so you don't want too many liquid assets).

His net worth will probably in the hundreds of millions ( idk if he has billions of dollars, maybe 1 billion, but I suspect it's a few hundered million dollars).

Net worth would be all of his businesses he owns, houses, cars, jewelry, etc minus the debt he owes. Liquid net worth would be referring specifically to cash on hand, or assets that can easily be converted to cash (like stocks). So his liquid net worth is probably in the low hundreds of millions, but his net worth exceeds into a couple billion.

We don't know all the circumstances, but I think these types of things should be weighed differently depending on circumstances and information that becomes available, even though it's written into law as black and white. There's a good chance both were likely drunk and goofing around in an expensive sports car. Both probably knew what they were doing was wrong.

Scenarios like these just seem different to me than him wrecking into a completely unrelated vehicle that knew absolutely nothing about the driver's sobriety (or lack thereof)
