Have you ever rewatched Z? If not, be prepared to be disgusted at its god awful animation. You literally have one episode looking decent/great and the next looking like a 12 year old animated it with a 100$ budget.
DB Super started out with piss poor animation, yet improved over time and kept improving. DBZ had shitty animation as late as the Buu saga.
I used to believe the same thing until I took the effort to rewatch Z.

Z premiered in the 80s and ended in 96 bro. Any problems Z had with bad animation they had 19 years to not make the same mistakes.

But lets be honest, they only revived the series for Super as a cash grab. They knew it would sell anyways so minimal effort on their part meant more profits at the end of the day.

I cant get over the shitty animation and art style.
