It was the boil over of being fed up that this happened too man times in the past. it was the frustration that it took a riot to get him arrested. It was the fear that had there not been a cell phone there that cop would still be walking his beat, just as he was after the last 12 (probably more) reported incidents he's had. Call me when they actually do something about the problem as a whole. this arrest and charge is a good start but far from the end of it.
