I played Summer Pavilion for the first time tonight and I already like it much better than Azul. Not that I didn't like Azul, I thought it was only okay. But SP is one I definitely want to play again.

Also played Detective Club finally. Super fun game with some really funny moments.

Yeah, WH13 is more steampunk SCI-FI while Librarians is more Fantasy. Both shows features magical items that must be kept by an ancient group. WH13 just trends more toward History, while Librarians (as their name suggests) trends more toward literature. (Though both have H.G. Wells time machines)

Noah Wyle only appeared in about half the episodes I think. I really liked the one with Santa Claus.

Yeah they basically brought him in to sell the show and for big events since he was the star of the original movies. I know fans of those were disappointed he wasnt a full time member of the cast.

And that's a really good comparison of the two shows. They do have really similar basic concepts, hadn't really thought of it like that.

Wasn't addressed to me, but I've watched The Librarians. It was pretty good. Beth Riesgraf also appeared in a couple episodes. I thought it was kind of like Warehouse 13. Too bad it was canceled.

It's a follow up to some fun but cheesy tv movies from like the early 2000s starring Noah Wyle's character.

And yeah I can see it being a bit like Warehouse 13 but more fantasy while w13 can be more scifi.

Did you ever watch The Librarians? Made by the same guys and staring Christian kane. Not as good as leverage but still really good.

For me Chihayafuru manga has just continuously gotten better as it goes on. I see no reason the manga shouldn't follow suit.

Basically, but I'd go a step further and reassert my claim that the same handful of Midwest states decide everything. Your state is somewhat safely blue now, as is mine (NV) and Colorado. Iowa and Ohio are safely red, which is a net loss for the Dems because Ohio is huge. Wisconsin, Michigan, and Pennsylvania (and I know I'm stretching the "Midwest" range with that last one) decide the election.

And Florida is still bizarro world.

I would love to claim this as a first game to test my new PC (and DQ11 is already on my top to get list) but I know I wouldn't be playing it enough to keep a topic alive for very long (and it would almost all be on weekends).

But I would try if no one else claims it.

I never even managed to finish DQ8 before I sold my ps2 though.

I just want to mention how much my wife and I love the occasionally comedic headers on AEW entrance graphics. They are great.

Especially the ones about Hangman Page. Letting us know about him still owing Private Party and now not liking the Being the Elite music.

Also we need to move ahead with PAC/Omega. That's been waiting to many weeks now. Like Omega's buddy got beat up and then abducted and then we never followed up on it.

Unless they are going to use it to keep annoying Page, then I'm fine with it.

I mean it was super clear in the match that PAC couldn't do his top rope stuff and it definitely let Moxley escape a couple points where PAC may have ended it. Like he would try and climb up and be completely unable to get his balance. So it certainly evened it up a little though PAC definitely had the advantage.

I was disappointed in the result but very glad when they made a real point of the ship messing him up during the next episode.

Yeah the Paul people were actively conspiring at the site to make sure their people became the delegates no matter who won.

It was kind of funny cause people somehow didnt realize what was happening until the delegates were done being selected and then people got mad.
