Edit: I dont know the full story behind this, but apparently they either had both names in that game, or they updated the name of the move in later versions, because both are in it. Here is a screen shot of it saying Knee Press Nightmare:

I work, although yesterday, they announced that we are being split into two pools, with weekly schedules of working from home and working at the office. My pool works at the office for the first week.

I have no horse in this race... maybe Id lean a bit towards Bernie.... but Biden is murdering Bernie in this thing. Not at all on rhetoric, but Bernie is playing way too nice, while Biden has been attacking him constantly.

Part of the reason they are cutting hours is restocking takes a lot more effort when shelves are cleared out, typical restocking of a store takes some effort but if people are buying up entire aisles it takes much more time and effort to restock.

The employees are still working a lot just trying to keep those shelves stocked up, I also imagine this is placing further demand on delivery of said items meaning that they are getting more shipments. At my local store last night I was talking about the bread being completely gone and he said they just fully restocked it earlier that day.

If I had to guess, its because a lot of people went into hoard & hibernate mode. Now that they have all their stuff, there could be an overall downturn in business, so they are cutting hours to cut expenses.

Odd choice, IMO. The whole strategy of this pandemic is to limit large groups of people from convening. By doing this, theyd be forcing people who shop at the sparsest traffic hours to go during more congested times, and adding to the number of people at any given moment.

IMO, they should just quarantine the elderly and other high-risk groups and let everyone else catch it so they can develop immunity to it. From there, those who've had it and recovered from it can be used as a source for a vaccine; antibodies and dead/weakened COVID-19 which, once properly set up, can be administered to the quarantined to get them immune with much lower risk before lifting the quarantine.

Most people are focusing on the mortality rate, but a good chunk of people are still being hospitalized from it. Stopping as many people as possible from getting it is the best option.

I was supposed to fly out to Colorado on Thursday for an uncles memorial service. The church cancelled all events indefinitely, so well just need to find a time to do it once everything settles down.

Took 2h 45m on hold with American Airlines to cancel my flight. At least they are being reasonable with everything going on... you can reschedule for a different flight within 12 months of when you booked the canceled flight.

I dont support Republicans, but there are people who view those ideals as correct. If you strongly believe that abortion is murder, then youd see people who support abortion as objectively evil.

No... but they are gonna try to give everyone remote access very soon. So well see how that goes. There would still need to be a skeleton crew for work items that can only be done at the office (like the mail).

As an example of what happens when stock splits never occur, do a quick google search for brk.a, which is the symbol for Berkshire Hathaway a-shares. Youll see the price of each share.

Also, reverse splits occur to make a stock seem more prestigious if it has fallen in price by a good amount, or even to keep a stock from falling off of exchanges that have minimum pricing rules.

A stock split.

You have 1 share of XYZ turn into 2 shares. As a result, you have twice as many shares, but each is worth half as much.

Conversely, there is also a reverse stock split, where the number of shares are reduced, but each shares value increases as a result.
