The whistleblower isn't an accuser. They saw something and reported on it. Additionally, it's not a he-said-she-said situation. The contents of said whistleblow have been independently verified by many people, including Trump himself.

It's like if someone shot someone on fifth avenue, and one person dials the cops to report a shooting. The cops arrive, question 100 witnesses who say it happened, get the video tapes of 3 stores with closed circuit cameras pointing at the crime, and the murderer confesses, but the specific person who initially phoned in the crime went home after the call.

I thought war 3's story was fine in a vacuum. Of course I thought all the stuffy characters were frustrating, and arthas went off the deep end a little too quickly.

My only grumblings were related to retcons of wc1 and wc2. Not that those games had some amazing story, but if I'm participating in a franchise I like consistency.

i also don't like to worry about money in the moment. i like looking backwards and seeing mistakes, then coming up with rules/heuristics that are easy to adhere to

regardless of whether you're ahead or behind, waste is waste. it can also be a wakeup call to some boiling frog scenarios. at one point, i was ordering seamless once a month, then it became once a week, then it became two, three+ times a week and actually seeing the food expense go up month-by-month was motivational to stop being so lazy.

seeing exactly how much i was spending on alcohol helped motivate me to drink less. seeing that i was actually spending less when living farther away and taking an expensive train four times a week made me feel better about a situation. knowledge is power, blah blah blah
