I was a Seifer advocate, personally, >.< . We never got him for that Dissidia or the current one, so i've had to content myself to the mobile Dissidia (Opera Omni) for using him. As loathe as I am to admit it, though... despite how much I fought against it, Rinoa is actually really fun in terms of playstyle. She's probably one of my favorites in that regard.
