If it a full experience who the fuck cares if it is episodic? Games do this all the time. I can blow through all three Witchers in like 40 hours, should I be bitching that these weren't all one game? "BUT IT CAN'T BE A FULL EXPERIENCE BECAUSE IT ISN'T THE FULL GAME THAT WAS RELEASED IN 1997". Yeah lets totally just copy a game that was held back by technology 22 years ago instead of expanding upon it. I don't understand why people just seem to want the exact same game with a new coat of paint. They have a chance to expand upon parts that were absolutely BLOWN by, why not let them? Your third point I understand. It is still an opinion thing as chipping away in real time is sort of an action game sort of deal, but I understand this complaint in this context considering the original was a turn based game. |
