I don't disagree, but when I was a teacher for a bunch of 13 and 14 year olds where they couldn't use phones at all during the school day (even between classes or at lunch), it's a constant uphill battle. Takes a lot of discipline on the part of the staff to keep it up because they probably use their phones nonstop outside of school.

It's worth working towards, but I was just really surprised at the amount of resistance.

Funny, I grew up without having a phone at my sides during HS and countless other generations did too. There really is no excuse as to why these modern generations can't live without having a SmartPhone / CellPhone / Internet.

I'm Genx, and generally was able to relate to people in the 20s better than boomers...outside of music...
But now that we are seeing the later stages of what constant connectivity, social media, a just the lack of being bored and getting lost in your thoughts, has done, some of that relatability has faded.
Some are certainly not too good at just being able to handle their shit.
12+ plus years of smartphones are starting to show some of the negative consequences.

This is why we need to ban SmartPhones in schools.

They don't need to be connected all the damn freaking time, if they want to use a SmartPhone, go home and use it under parental super vision / allowance.

It's the first SmartPhone that I've seen with a 90 tilted Camera Sensor that lets you get Horizontal (LandScape / Normally Shot) Video while holding the phone comfortably in Vertical mode, but doesn't screw you over with crappy Vertical Video.

There's something to be said about this concept of having a 90 tilted Camera Sensor.

They operate on the exact same principle as the "Final Smash Meter".

IMO, the more BS part is the "Final Smash Ball".

And if you want to complain about "Come Back" mechanics, there is literally that mechanic built into SSBU called the "Pity Final Smash" which is separate from the "Final Smash Ball" and "Final Smash Meter"

It's quite common place to have meters that are built off of received damage. And when compared to its contemporaries you've got alot of imbalance between hypers and their respective properties. Not to mention it further adds to each characters respective place among the tier list.

Regardless, smashes have been simplified to the point where the imbalance is negligible. Had this been brought up during Brawl or even Smash 4 I'd be inclined to agree. But now it's either beam ultras or cutscenes attacks activated by a single hit. As is it is implemented in basically every other fighter.

And that's what makes it so boring, everybody has such similar "Final Smashes".

I want diversity in my "Final Smashes", we had it, then Sakurai took it away.

I concur with that sentiment.

The "Final Smash Ball" should only be used when you want to have fun with items.

But the "Final Smash Meter" is literally analagous to Super Meters in every other fighting game.

That should be enabled by default IMO.

No, the "Final Smash Meter" is a better solution IMO and the Higher damaging versions of the players "Final Smash" should be used.

The "Smash Ball" is just dumb and should be relegated to history or down graded to the crappy damaging version of a "Final Smash".

China, the combined might of all the ASEAN countries + Taiwan + South Korea + Japan + Phillipines might be able to hold back China.

China has a pretty solid idea of what it considers its "rightful" territory from a historical/traditional standpoint (see: Qing borders minus Mongolia) and seldom expands beyond those boundaries, though this premise is being shaken by its activities in Africa.

Nevertheless, it tends to shy away from expansionism a la European colonialism in favor of leveraging economic soft power.

It definitely wants Taiwan back but we back them, and things could get ugly if they do make a move. Can't see them expanding into Central Asia though, beyond their existing boundaries.

Their lust for power knows no bounds.

And the Chinese flavor of colonialism is just a different way of doing business.

It's called "Debt-Trap Diplomacy".

They're effectively "land grabbing" where all the good resources are and nobody is doing anything to stop them.

The only ones who have the military might to counter them is the US. Nobody else has the resources capable to kick them off the artificial islands.

As someone that was born there I do want the country to succeed as a first world nation because of what the country went through in the last century but not in the hands of the CCP.

Switch Pro was leaked with the Switch Mini. It was also reported months ago that the Pro model was getting delayed until next year.

Some sort of improved model is a 100% certainty. But people expecting something like PS4 Pro or Xbox One X will probably be disappointed. 1080p handheld is likely the best case scenario.

All I wanted was a 1080p display that is 7" and nearly bezel-less.
