Based on my experience with service dogs, yes, when they are 'working' they do not move and will behave 100% according to expectation. If they do not, they do not gain public access.

And what about everybody else on the plane? They have to be forced through this. Not everybody is comfortable with a dog and some people are allergic with dogs in general.

Service animals will not have fleas or ticks. They are expected to have extreme care taken to them and regular vet check ups. The animals will often sit under a chair/table and not move, so it is impossible for someone to be afraid of them if they do not see them. If the dog is not moving, there is very little risk of allergens being released.

"Expected" and "Reality" don't always have a 1:1 correspondance IRL. And can you gurantee that all service dogs will "NEVER EVER move"? That all Service dogs will behave 100% in accordance to your directive? Everyday, 24/7/365 forever?

It's literally a small ask to let a human be a temporary substitute for the service animal or the flight staff to help out while you make the rest of the passengers on the cabin feel better and not have to deal with all this.

On top of preventing anybody from being able to abuse a already highly abused system.

We can change that. It's why regulations can be modified. And flying is soley in the purview of the FAA. Ergo they can change it.

And animals in the cabin affect MORE than just the person with the disability.

There's the rest of the passengers on the plane to think about and how it affects them.

Those with allergies to animal hair.

Those who are afraid of said animals.

The type of fleas / ticks that said animals might transmit into the cabin.

Etc.

Having a temporary human substitute for a service animal is a reasonably solution.

People have been abusing the title of 'Service Animals' for too long. At this rate, I'd rather have them in the animal hold and just temporarily have a human being help them for the duration of the flight.

Having an animal in the cabin introduces too many issues to deal with for everybody else in the cabin.

Over four days of testimony, he laid out his legacy he came to the Harvard admissions office in 1972, took over a few years later and has been the dean since 1986. This presented something of a problem for the defense because every bit of mail, every spreadsheet, every memo or communiqu issued by the Harvard College admissions office since the Nixon administration reflected on Fitzsimmonss office.

During a bizarre section of Fitzsimmonss testimony in which he claimed a 1,100 on the PSAT was only slightly lower than a 1,380, an S.F.F.A. lawyer named John M. Hughes posed the following hypothetical: Lets take two students at the same high school in Las Vegas. One white, the other Asian. The white student scores a 1,310. The Asian student receives a 1,370. According to Fitzsimmonss testimony, the white student would be invited to apply to Harvard while the Asian student would not. How, the attorney asked, could Fitzsimmons begin to explain this?

Harvard's idea of Equality is to have different scores for students of different ethnic backgrounds and sex.

I have a younger cousin who's a teenager/college age now that I've only seen pics of once of when he was a kid and I've never met him IRL.

My Aunt went through a messy divorce and the bum of a father has a gambling addiction so there was a lot of bitter separation.

My Aunt basically never got to see her son grow up due to alot of bad blood between her and her ex along with BS that was fed into the boy.
