I tend to dismiss the opinions of anyone who can't be bothered to use proper punctuation when making a point, but I'll bite. For one, it would have been more apt to say whoever specifically made the demands for the game to be changed, because it isn't always the publisher. Like Sony has been cracking down on any games on their platform. Now, ignoring ad hominems and strawmen:

Black Lightning: yay, the titular character finally appeared this season!

Flash: good episode. Glad they didn't actually go with the Secrets And Lies route; that goes against everything Team Flash has stood for. And I'm happy that everyone has their own thing going on right now (except Caitlin, apparently..).

Arrow: still good. And super glad we get to see ** Thea ** one more time before the end.

Ganguro would be the most obvious answer, but as said in the article it was just beginning to pick up steam when the original games were released, giving them a small window to throw in an homage to a sudden fad. It could also have been based on various figures in folklore, and there have been caricature-like designs of black people in anime in the past so it's not entirely out of the question.

My mom was leaving for a trip on Thursday. My sister usually comes over with her kids every other day, mainly to see my mom, so with her gone I was looking forward to a rare couple days of solitude. Then on Friday evening my niece came down on break from college, and stayed here Friday and Saturday.

On Saturday a store was having a 20% off everything sale that also stacked with some coupons I had, but but the coupons somehow disappeared from my account so I didn't get to save as much as I wanted.

Sunday I had to go to a meeting for an upcoming gig I'll be doing (the meeting was also unexpected; I just got an email on Friday), and then after it was over my ride couldn't pick me up because of car problems. Right after I got that call my phone service inexplicably died for several hours, so with no ride and no phone I had to take a bus halfway home and walk the rest of the way.

On top of everything I planned to go hard on Pokemon Go all weekend while the Halloween event is going on, but due to all of that I barely got to play at all during the whole weekend.
