We have some testimony from relatives which is about as useful as tits on a bull, and confirmatiom that he had minor injuries that were treated at a hospital. If we can get the CRTV footage or third party testimony we'll have a better picture. Obviously I don't know anything about this guy beyond what's in the article, but it seems very unlikely that a shy, non-verbal mentally disabled man would, suddenly and unprovoked, decide to attack someone while he is out shopping with his two parents. I too am curious to see the footage because I'd like to know what happened. I think there was probably some physical contact that preceded the whole thing, and the entire incident probably only lasted a few seconds, but I have doubts as to whether it was an attack. --- |
