Any number of musicians. Etc Dave is an interesting case because he is absolutely well loved, and deservingly so because hes a master of his art. There was a legit problem with the systems but they acknowledge it and dealt with it and you werent out anything as a consumer than a very small inconvenience of your time. Ive been FUCKED by Sony on a couple occasions and had legitimate arguments with their customer service on the phone and just had a huge hassle with them. Im completely turned off Sony because theyve actually made horrible decisions and then fought me every step of the way. So yeah. RROD was a minor inconvenience to us all, we all had to deal with it but at the end of the day it really wasnt a thing. I do find that funny to be turned off. Let me know when you actually get fucked by a company and see how your experience may change. --- |

Yeah they fucked up the engineering of that system 100% but they also replaced them all free of charge. I went through 2 myself and it was no more hassle than packing up the system and waiting a week for a new one. Some people are easily bothered by things though. --- |
