You're absolutely right. But that isn't the issue. I know lots of languages.

Problem is twofold:
1. The only development jobs are .Net, and I hate .Net.
2. This isn't the industry I want to be in but it's become the one I have experience in.

1 isn't strictly true, of course. I saw a Java job posted in Texas last week.

I took my first professional job just to get my foot in the door but seven years later all I have experience in is a different industry, and on a platform I hate to hell and back to boot.

Many many a job description have I looked through and seen one of:

And fallen further into despair. I officially gave up earlier this year. It's evidently my destiny to hate my job.

Driver 2, had a completely bullshit mission. After trying it many times I got so mad I kicked the stand my PSOne (the small white one) and CRT was on. The CRT falls on the PSOne and breaks it but not the disc.

I was young and inexperienced but I've gotten good since then so I've never raged since.

Still haven't returned to Driver 2 though. . .

Driver 2 had a lot of BS missions.

I still don't know what "heavy with the jelly" means but I can sure tell you all about that truck, its route, everything.

While I don't think he will be able to hear you, I suppose you could indeed still speak and walk off, but it raises the question of what you do with the money.

I forgot why I was mad or which game it was but I actually injured myself once.

It was on accident, of course. I did a pretty simple air punch maneuver, except my thumb clipped the controller and the last knuckle on my thumb hurt a lot for a week or two. Maybe some sort of strain or something? Not sure. It still worked so I didn't go to the doctor.

I made my former roommate rage so many times playing Brawl in college.

I wasn't particularly good but I had a lot more practice than he did and read about it online a little so he was always learning new stuff that could be done in the game... as a result of me doing it to him.

I spiked him offscreen as Ike, Falco chain grabbed (d, d, d, f, spike) him, Snake turning bair'd him, and he raged so hard every time.

But the worst was when I was Ike and was charging the usmash to edgeguard while he was Falco. So he gets the bright idea to side b his way back to the stage, hitting me in the process, only to run into Ike's disjointed hitbox and get KO'd.

He raged so hard. He screamed "HOW?!", got up and stormed out, picking up a cardboard box and chunking it full strength back into the living room (lol), then slammed the door. He came back an hour or two later and declared that Smash Bros was dead to him.

Of course, about 20 minutes later we were playing again lol.

He made me rage a time or two also, like when he would play Olimar and just run away and throw Pikmin at me. Wasn't like he was gonna beat me that way but holy crap did it annoy me since I usually liked to play slow characters that don't have good ranged moves, like Ike or Peach. I eventually learned to pick Fox when he picked Olimar. But I never raged as hard as he did, lol.

I would say I'm cautiously optimistic. The first two episodes of season 1 were good, but then Smith happened and just about single-handedly ruined the show. So if they can fix that, season 2 can still be great.

Does kinda seem like my kind of thing since I'm into stories and always liked a nice chill game from time to time.

I guess so but during a disaster I'm not sure what the difference is between price gouging and just managing supply.

Sure you can charge $15/gal for gas out of greed but on the other hand, if you didn't anticipate it any more than anyone else does and suddenly gas is super valuable, but you don't change the price, you're gonna run out in no time. Probably mostly to scalpers.

Is rationing a better solution? I dunno. Maybe?

If disasters would just stay away we wouldn't have to worry about it. :P

There's too much politics involved for it to make sense. This character has to beat that character or else we won't publish. Heroes have to beat villains. Yadda yadda.

Though Batman vs Shredder is actually a really cool matchup for one of those vs topics.

Sounds like they (that is, someone else) found some link between a particular gene and something simple, like your hand orientation and the people who made this list went "Derp if you're left-handed you're more likely to vote for left-handed candidates because everyone votes for people like them" and derped out the other things on the list in much the same way.
