Predator Rooms were pretty much ruined with feature bloat; enemies have like 30 tools against you but Batman has 300 anyway. Villain quests were wet cardboard with how each character is a glorified hub for a mission type, I mean what fucking lazy design. And Riddler... like, who the fuck out here thinks it's fun to jog around and clicking at 5000 dumb contraptions for the third or fourth game in a row. --- |

I absolutely adore the world generation and atmosphere the game creates, I can't really describe what it does for me. It's awe-striking and also somehow nostalgic. Actually playing the game can be really tedious, and it's broken as shit, you look up advice and every mechanic is like "yeah this is totally botched but if you draw a pentagram and tilt your motherboard it generates free mushrooms so just do that" --- |
