Yeah and there's that too. Millennial can change definition by people because so many use it as a flat out insult rather than a generational name. I think I am pretty much in the clear being born in 1976. I grew up being called Gen X.

That's why I pondered it being just something on the internet, as I have no clue about millenials. Most people I know personally are my age or older, and then my kids and their friends that are their age. Which I think are considered zoomers?

It depends on the job, your supervisors (if any), and many other factors as to how much you'll be tied to your job, even outside of normal business hours. In these 20 years I've had 5 different jobs. Some better than others. So I'm not saying it's a guarantee you'll be in my position, just that this is my position and I am about done with it.

The unfortunate thing is I make good money, so I have to actually find something comparable to move out of this present job. And it's not been easy to find something to meet my needs/wants.

This reminds me when my son was misgenered (mistaken for a girl) going into the boys bathroom because at the time he had long curly blonde hair.

The female employee coming out of the womens restroom informed me of such. I said no thats my son he just as really long hair. She moved on saying nothing else. I stood their and waited for my boy to be done. No spitting, no assault, screaming, etc. To some it maybe surprising how easy it is to be civilized over innocuous things. Mistakes are made. People make bad/uniformed decisions. But the outcome of this situation was not the way to go.

Most of the time you can complete level higher enemies than your own frame/weapon level since its less about the number itself than the mods you use. Almost any primary starts with 12 points unranked. Put a 12 point Serration (or however much youve ranked that mod) in it and youre probably already ahead of those level 6-8 enemies.

Edit: Unlike weapons your frames abilities actually level up as the frame does. So your frame despite mods can get stronger as it levels.
