I'm playing Jade Empire right now (which I had to buy and download on my 360 before I was able to download and install it on my One...Microsoft is weird) but it looks really good. There's a bunch of graphical comparisons you can see on YT (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nsefgx9Nwh0). 360 doesn't do any kind of graphical upgrade as far as I remember. --- How paralyzingly dull, boring and tedious! |

I mean, for pure nostalgia obviously you need those GBC graphics but really, the only reason not to buy HG/SS is because they're $$$ I personally don't like FR/LG and would actually recommend Gen I over them, although Gen I is a broken mess for several reasons. --- How paralyzingly dull, boring and tedious! |

It's one thing if all the information gets ported over, but GameRankings has reviews on a lot of the older NES/SNES titles which Metacritic doesn't have at all. It will "lock you out" of sidestuff like Pokathlon, but those are pretty much touch-screen only, so just using your mouse for those shouldn't be a big deal. I bought HeartGold a couple of months ago for about 50. It was a Dutch store though (but ironically a US cartridge) --- How paralyzingly dull, boring and tedious! |

| RyoCaliente 11/12/19 1:37:24 PM #5 | Data entry. God, I thought I lived to having a boring, easy job which would be a comfortable way to make money without having to worry about a single thing. Guess not. I can feel my mind dulling every day I spend there. The people are nice, but it's not like there are groups of people who hang out or something. Most are much older than me and it's a pretty small sales office (company is much bigger but there's not a lot of international communication). I'm staying until the end of the year and then I'm going to look for something more fulfilling and/or fun. In that sense I'm happy at least that I found out dull isn't my thing. --- How paralyzingly dull, boring and tedious! |

Foxiest of the Hounds was pretty annoying until I figured out to just avoid enemies rather than deal with them. Legend was pretty fun as dealing with every enemy just made me insanely overleveled and OP. Missing Link DLC had some annoying moments because I had become so reliant on the cloaking that actual stealthing got hard, but nothing that couldn't be overcome. 36. Replay a game from a long time ago Half-Life 2: Episode One Fun to go back to this for achievements, haven't played HL in a long time. But good lord One Free Bullet...I started out thinking it probably wouldn't be that hard but FUCK EXIT 17 and FUCK THAT STRIDER. How can an entire city in rubble have so few things to fling with the GG...ugh. --- How paralyzingly dull, boring and tedious! |

Really enjoyed this game, it's such a good remake of games that I love anyway. There wasn't really anything added that I felt took away from the games, except maybe the distribution of TMs and locking some behind Move Tutors and the like. Also a great showcase of the evolution of Pokemon; I consider the Johto E4 to be the weakest of all of them and one you can easily enter if you're a bit underleveled; not so much in the remakes. It didn't help that my team wasn't greatly balanced but still, it was a tough road (going back to having to healspam to beat Lance). So yeah, looking forward to the Kanto part! My team: Prodigy (Typhlosion) Lvl. 45 Sploosh (Politoed) Lvl. 46 Angelus (Togekiss) Lvl. 46 Ms. Mittens (Ambipom) Lvl. 45 Flowey (Sunflora) Lvl. 44 A Tree.
