A year later, I'm in the hospital with a doctor telling me I have kidney failure and they don't really know why other than *something* triggered my immune system to just fuck my kidneys up. Now, was it the hotdog? I am also advised to take sucroferric oxyhydroxide tablets if I eat something with a lot of phosphorus, although I'm pretty forgettable with them. Most of it have to do with my kidney failure.
