I think they got money from the state or city for it. The kids bussed in would have had to go to a different school in the city (which the schools were all terrible). I think they stopped the program at one point. If you were part of the program, you could finish to graduation, but no new kids were brought on. --- |

| Dat_Cracka_Jax 06/25/19 11:19:06 PM #1 | Link below but here is the summary of events: - guy tries to pass a bad check - police are called - cop shows up and confronts the suspect - struggle ensues - suspect pulls a gun from his waistband and hits cop in head several times and gets up - cop in face down while shooter stands over him and shoots him in the neck and runs - shooter is apprehended by cops not long after and confesses - shooter is from North Carolina and has long wrap sheet. Got to StL in January This is so shitty...how does a call for a guy passing a bad check escalate to this so quickly? From what I hear, there is a video out there of from someone who live streamed it. I'm not going to seek it out or post it though.
