Someone already suggested making him Mexican, but Palestinian could also work, though the optics of those could be really bad.

I do hope they remake 4&5 and finally bring them over. They're much more interesting than the Marth games, and Shadows of Valentia finally proved IntSys could do it right.
After that, I hope they remake 7&6, in that order, so you can import clear data from the latter to modify the kids, because that actually makes sense in that context. And also that they make 6 good.

Yeah, PC is better. Console is terminally behind in terms of build(and DLCs), apparently because Sony requires a game to be feature-stable for months prior to release, so they had to "freeze" the console version in the past, more or less. The one thing you can be certain of in regards to Paradox is continued support though.

Some of them do. From the ones I've played, Blazing Sword(i.e. Fire Emblem for the GBA) has the best, IMO. It's very well-layered and has some complexity without losing sight of the stakes.
Not all of them are good though: in fact, Fates is downright horrible, and Shadows of Valentia aggressively idiot-boxes Celica. And Radiant Dawn idiot-boxes....everyone.

On some level I kinda blame New Mystery of the Emblem for how Fates turned out, specifically with regards to how basically every character idolizes the Avatar. Couldn't even get to New Mystery's title screen without it kissing Kris's ass. If I was an FE3 fan I probably would've been infuriated tbh.

Yeah, that was really grating in that, but somehow Fates was worst, because Corinne's characterization was all over the place(you might suggest that the My Unit in NMotE didn't have a character, and you would be right. That was somehow better, if only a little).
Why, it's almost like Fates was written by several different writing teams! Oh hey, what do you know, it was

Alright, I'll give some quick points.

1)Leave VIR on
VIR is pretty helpful in terms of explaining what you should be doing, though by no means comprehensive.

2)Play a standard empire
By which I mean: no hive mind, machine empire, fanatical purifiers, etc. etc. They play fairly differently.

3)Explore vigorously!
Leaders are expensive early, but you're going to want to put out at least two additional science vessels for surveying purposes, so build the ships and hire up scientists as you can afford them. Meticulous scientists are especially good for surveying.

4)Take it slow
Remember: you can pause at any time! So you don't have to rush into anything.

5)Habitability and You
The game will force-spawn 2 planets of your species ideal biome, each within two jumps of your homeworld. However, other worlds may not be so inviting. Low habitability is very bad: these planets will be substantially less productive, grow slower, and unsuitable pops will have much higher upkeep. Don't rush to settle marginal worlds(unless they're really valuable): the tech tree will offer some improvements, and getting your hands on other species(via peaceful immigration or conquest) or robots can change everything.
If you want a rule-of-thumb...anything under 60% hab will be a substantial investment.

6)Tech
Unlike many similar games, you can't win by teching. There are powerful techs that represent a jump up, sure, but you're unlikely to develop a substantial lead quickly(without a specifically-geared set-up and a good start). Tech will help you, but it's no substitute for ships, stations, systems, and alloys.

7)Administrative Cap
You'll go over it. That's fine: the benefits of expansion outweigh the benefits of staying under. It exists to help smaller empires compete, but bigger is better. You can increase your cap with tech.

8)Expansion is First
It's the best opening tradition tree. It's not an ideal state of affairs, but it's true. The next best is Supremacy, but Prosperity and Domination are really good too. Discovery kind of sucks though.

Trump has demonstrated he is unremittingly horrible, both as a person and a president, and I could never vote for such a person.

Biden is trash who clearly doesn't understand how working feverishly with segregationists to kill busing was bad, and that's just one of dozens of terrible and/or stupid things he's done over his career.

Kamala Harris is a ruthless, cynical sociopath who has historically been highly amenable to moneyed interests and cruel to the poor. In other words, she's of the exact same stock as the people who have dominated our national politics for at least the past 40 years.

Pete Buttigieg has assiduously worked out his entire career in a spreadsheet. The whole world is a spreadsheet to Mayor Pete, and the presidency, and the American people are merely values in its numberless rows and columns. Everything is a statistic, there is no life or warmth to be found. Plus, you know, he suckles at the teat of the aristocratic donor class.

I won't bother to comment on the various no-hopers.

What about when she accused her Jewish coworkers of dual-loyalty?

That seems a little bit more than just 'criticizing Israel.'

As does her referring of Hamas, an organization that has called for the extermination of all Jews around the world, as a 'nonviolent protest group.'

Written by Rahm Emmanuel, no less, a career-long shill for AIPAC.
Rep. Ilhan Omar's remarks were critical of lobbying, the point being that she was contending that current American policy towards Israel is manufactured by pro-Israel lobbying groups like AIPAC, and not a reflection of the popular will. She further complained that her colleagues were hostile to any criticism of America's policy on Israel, complaining she felt she was expected to swear an oath of loyalty to Israel in addition to America.

*Enoch, of course, was Noah's grandfather. He was so righteous and otherwise good God had angels bring him up to Heaven, taught him all about how Heaven and the world work, sent him back down to his people for 30 days to relate this, then lifted him back up to Heaven and transfigured him into the angel Metatron.

I know that's the conclusion that you and the Heritage foundation are reaching, but that's not proof that the increase was caused by the welfare state. Other major societal shifts that affect poverty and the rate of single motherhood that accelerated during the time on that graph include women's liberation, decreasing unionization, the drug war, mass incarceration, loss of manufacturing jobs, and many others. I think you think that graph says a lot more than it actually does.

So, short for them.(And Season 7 was possibly the best season of the show).
That means we'll see Season 8 in 2020 or perhaps early 2021, assuming no issues occur.

Pretty much everyone but Biden and the jokes like Yang and Marianne have taken his positions and are talking actual policy while Bernie's still yammering on about "The top 10% of the 1%" or whatever to sidestep committing to a plan to actually accomplish everything he's talking about.
Warren definitely wins for the sheer breadth of her policy though.

Yeah, but they're all posturing, with the exception of Warren. None of them would actually implement this policy, because they're all in the thrall of the Democratic donor class, which hates Sanders and everything he stands for.
The idea that Bernie is without policy is ridiculous though: he's put together bills, with actual Congressional co-sponsors and has spent the past 3 years using his platform to boost workers struggling for higher pay and otherwise highlighting economic injustice in a way no one else has.
Also his student loan and college plans are way better than Warren's(he also took a break from that to lead a bi-partisan effort to end American support for Saudi Arabia's brutal invasion of Yemen). His policy proposals tend to be more aggressive and comprehensive as well(compare their student loan and college plans).
Lastly, there's little evidence Warren is much better on foreign policy than a replacement-level Democrat. Bernie is a bona-fide dove.
