| Topic | So why haven't YOU played Life Is Strange? |
| JE19426 06/11/19 5:40:56 AM #25 | I played through it about 3, or 4 weeks ago, and played Life is Strange: Before the Storm straight after. They are both pretty awesome and I'll definately playe Life is Strange 2 after the last episode gets released. Having said that, I thought the ending for Life is Strange to be unbelievable ridiculous. |

Orbal energy is best compared to electricity imo. There's some weird tech like the computers that are closer to 1970s computers, and the advance ancient mech, but I'd say overall the late 1800s ot early 1900s is the best comparisons. |

| JE19426 05/30/19 11:30:59 AM #15 | The Admiral posted... What is the actual argument in support of them being counted, other than usual Republicans evil!!? The constitution says they are supposed to be counted. Illegal immigrants shouldnt be counted in census figures that determine the amount of house representatives a district receives. Then change the constitution to do that. Don't try to skirt around the constitution. myzz007 posted... if citizens are the only ones who can vote than what does it matter that representation for legal citizens should be reflected in politics? like, isn't that the point? representing the CITIZENS in the government laws isn't what we want....? The constitution is quite clear that more than just citizens, are supposed to be counted when determining the number representatives a state should have. |

The bill specifically excludes "ADDITIONAL GAME CONTENT" from being classed as "pay-to-win", and Bayonetta is Smash Wii U would fit that exclusion. It's also pretty cute they seem to think the ERSB should be used to decide if games are aimed at children, or not. |

| Topic | So all of a sudden Roe vs Wade is in danger |
| JE19426 05/15/19 6:25:23 PM #73 | Silver Bearings posted... What is the official ruling in Roe vs Wade (I'm actually not sure, not trying to be funny). I was under the impression that the Federal government did not outlaw abortion, but left it up to each state to decide for themselves. How is Alabama's new law contrary to that? In simplified terms Roe vs Wade says that for early pregnancies only a womans life is effected, so it's an overstep of state authority to restrict a woman's right to abortion, this is due to the idea people are entitled to medical privacy. After a (vague) certain point the fetus is considered alive, so both the fetus and woman is effected, and the state can restrict that in respect to protect a human's life. The most commonly used point for whether the fetus is alive is when the fetus can survive outside the womb. This isn't an exact date, due in large part to medical advances that allows more premature babies to survive. |

| Topic | Help remembering a game |
| JE19426 05/15/19 9:41:55 AM #1 | This is probably a long shot but I could use help remembering a game I used to play, very briefly. It was about 10-15 years ago. If I recall correctly it was a game about colonising a new land (or planet), but the game had you controlling a single character. I don't recall if it was first, or third person. The main thing I remember was that there were a few types of robots (or maybe regular vehicles) you could control, by default they work by essentially remote control, with you controlling the robots the same way you control your character. However you could also programme the robots to run themselves, and when I say programme I mean literally type in computer code. It wasn't some boxes ticking thing, you were typing in actual computer code. |

| JE19426 05/15/19 9:12:13 AM #36 | FratMilkyHolme posted... How long ago was that? Felt like it was only a few months. XSeeD still have the rights to Trails in the Sky 1, 2, and 3, as well as Trails of Cold Steel 1, and 2. NISA announced they have the rights to Cold Steel 3 in January this year. I don't think it's been announced who has the rights to Cold Steel 4, but I imagine it'll be NISA. Also minor note Cold Steel 1, and 2 were published on Vita by NISA in the PAL regions, but it used the XSeeD version. |
| Topic | SEGA dev: ''I'd like to pitch a new entry in one of our classic franchises.'' |
| JE19426 05/15/19 8:53:50 AM #71 | AvantgardeAClue posted... I'm surprised Valkyria Chronicles even got a 4th entry considering that series had been ded for nearly a decade prior There was a PC version that was released in 2014, that did pretty well. Also Valkyria Revolution released in 2017, was part of the Valkyria francise. It did quite poorly, but I imagine the interest shown before the game was revealed to be a crappy Warriors game rip-off, helped Sega see Valkyria Chronicles as a decent prospect. |

That fact alone is cause enough to investigate where the unsubstantiated claims came from. No it doesn't, and it's almost laughable that you think it does. Simply put, if you make an investigation this serious against the President of the United States and it fails to prove your claims, then yes; you DO get investigated and you WILL answer for this. Wrong, again. |
