To answer your original question...seems like when the hiring manager said he could get you a bit more, he's probably talking $5k high than the pay range. I wouldn't ask for more than $80k. A $10k pay bump is about what I shoot for when looking for new jobs. --- |

Every day I do the daily objectives and spend my energy including the 50 power core refills(no to the 100 core refill) on missions to either earn equipment or on character shards. Then I might do a few blitz battles and that's it. I'm lvl 69 so I understand I'm at a point where the grind is suppose to be unruly but still. Also I don't focus on teams with good synergies. My strongest team consists of Minn-Erva, Deadpool, Yondu, Crossbones, and Ronan. I guess I'm trying to ask for good strategies for gaining shards/stars and anything else I need to advance. --- |

I am a SYS-Admin at my work place. I can manage almost anything IT but when it comes to anything typing out for information I just become dumbfounded. I manage everything through an easy GUI. You're a sys admin so you should be learning Powershell if you want a job in another 5-10 years. I can recommend some learning materials that I'm currently using if you're interested. Also I'm surprised you haven't had to install SQL on a server yet. While I don't do anything within the software, I install SQL and all the required components for our DBA before handing it over to him. Been that way across all of my IT jobs. --- |

Been in 3 so far and they either don't play raids or do the first one for green ability. I've been starting ultimus iv whenever I can build up the 10k for it. Get my 30% rewards and repeat. Maybe it's because I'm joining public alliances. When I searched the private ones they all want you to be at se super high end game level of play. I'm just not there yet. --- |
