Nia will never learn. She just injuries people because of how reckless she is and that will never change. It actually bothers me a lot when she gets featured in any program because she absolutely deserves it the least. I'd be happier with freaking Dana Brooke getting a push over her.

Not trying to fat shame or whatever, but the dude really let himself go in record time. He used to be in shape. Not like, shredded or anything, but he was absolutely in shape.

I have not played since before the giant robot Mecha thing, the punchy guy, and Moira (somehow the only person I remember the name of) got released.

So it's been awhile. I was still playing when Sombra got released, but I think I stopped around then. I quit mostly because of the ranked slog. It'll make me sound like an ass, but I would usually rank at the top and get discouraged when the rest of my team underperformed.

I'm mostly interested in if any changes to Junkrat (my numero uno boi), Roadhog, Symmetra, and Mercy got changes. They were my top four, if I remember right. I know Roadhog was kinda useless for a while, but I'm curious if that's still the case. And I think Symmetra got a ton of changes too?

Also, did any frustrating maps get fixed? Specifically I think the one that was obnoxious was the last Egypt point (where people just respawned constantly by the point each time you tried to take it). Can't remember what other ones sucked to play on.

But yeah, just wondering what to expect!

I don't know, it didn't seem like incidental contact where Reid and Ben dove at the same time and they just so happened to connect with each other.

He very clearly could have not hit him in the head there. It looked like he purposely lead in with his shoulder to make contact. You know the QB is going to slide, why even lean in like that in the first place? Seemed 100% avoidable and I'm fine with the ejection.

I would say the fact that Ben looked like he had no intention of sliding was why he lead with the shoulder. I think a lot of the QBs are getting more daring with stuff like that because they know how easy it is for the hitter to get called on it now. It feels like baiting sometimes. But if you don't want to get hit like that, slide earlier. A guy shouldn't be punished for trying to make the play on a guy like he would anyone else running with the ball who showed no intention of sliding.

Well, Ben slid at the last possible moment. Penalty, fine. Begrudgingly, okay. But ejecting him? That's absolutely outrageous.

The one leading with the head hit on Cam uncalled.

That TD that should have absolutely been overturned but it wasn't reviewed for "pacing" or whatever bullshit excuse they used.

Totally awful.

Trying to decide between Suspiria or Overlord for our second movie of the month on Sinemia.

But tonight we finished watching Channel Zero: Dream Door! Definitely the best season, for sure. It has the issue where it falls apart at the end, but only very very slightly and in a way that you just want a little tiny bit more from it than you got. Other than that, man. Good season. I hope it gets another season.

Eh. It's a fat paycheck.

I don't fault the dude for taking a fat paycheck. He had turned down a ton of them before. He's got a family. If someone offered me what he got offered to do something that might make me look like a bit of a fool, I'd probably do it still. Plus he mentioned wanting his kids to see him wrestle.

If he were doing this being offered the money he was being offered for every other return, I'd probably say it's pretty crappy of him. But for that amount? I won't judge him for taking the money.

People that are upset now likely weren't going to be satisfied by getting one character that they wanted. It's the sadly toxic part of this fanbase.

I'm not saying you're like this, though, as I atleast kinda see your point. I just think it's a pointless endeavor because people that only care about characters are never going to be satisfied.

I respectfully disagree. I see more merit in having people be happy a character gets in more than a joke character and think it was the wrong decision.

I am just saying that it feels like more people would have been happier with most any other character being put in rather than including Pirahna Plant, and they should have went with any other character instead to please more people.

Again, though, where does it stop? You can't give literally everybody every character they want. They have to draw a line.

They didn't want to put Ridley in and yet made it work because fans wanted it. They probably didn't want to do K. Rool and yet did because there was demand. If they give people Isaac, people are gonna complain if Geno isn't there. If they give people Geno, people are gonna complain that Dixie isn't there. If they give Dixie, people will complain that Rex isn't there. And on and on and on.

It won't stop, but you'll have more happy people that their character got in. So why not make those people happy by including their characters instead of putting in some generic enemy from a game?

I cannot stress this is a fanservice game enough, and that's literally the only reason I think it's crappy.

If they can't have fun putting in a character people actually want, I don't know what to tell you.

Well, they made a fan service game. So they should be doing fan service, honestly.

Like, I get doing something fun. If this were a series that isn't literally just all about fanservice, I'd be about that. But when you have people clamoring for some of their characters to be in and you put in a Pirahna Plant of all things, it's kind of crappy.
