| Awesome 12/08/18 6:58:43 PM #1 | To start, people will come in this topic and insult me to call me names and discredit me and im saying for people to ignore them. 1. stop eating msg as it will mess up your leptin and ghrelin signaling. 2. avoid vitamin enriched foods, in most countries you will see in the ingredient list if either rice, corn and wheat are enriched, you want to not consume added reduced iron or just iron. AVOID ADDED IRON at all costs unless you obviously have a medical condition. 3. avoid high fructose corn syrup as it gives you fatty liver. 5. avoid artificial food coloring as it causes hyperactivity in the brain and will screw up your sleep. 6. sunlight without sunscreen lotion 7. avoid all types of oils except for the occasional coconut oil or genuine olive oil. 8. stop drinking and smoking if you are obese or overweight it means your metabolism is messed up and your thyroid is underperforming and you need to fix that by upping your sugar intake and reducing your starch intake a bit because you most likely have a leaky gut. if you follow all of those steps you will fix yourself. even if its one person who reads this topic and it works for them then ill be happy =) just eat well, you dont even have to do extreme exercise to lose weight and get healthy, 1 mile of walking a day is good to start. --- |
