The Switch's hardware limits what it can do. To use tech parlance, Switch's processor use ARM tech (the same in mobile phones) while consoles use x86 tech (the same in PCs). x86 is far more capable in what it can do, and the number of things it can do concurrently.

New Vegas would have been much better, if Bethesda didn't lock them in to an 18 month development contract. Knights of the Old Republic 2 would have been awesome had Lucasarts not cut their development time short.
