It is a benefit. We've already explained how. It has it's uses. Being able to get it cheap, and fast. Especially when traveling. Being available pretty much everywhere and at any time. Those are benefits. Just because you don't understand that doesn't mean it's not beneficial in some way.

Cheap and convenient are not benefits when you're wasting money on stuff that is barely food and provides none of the actual benefits you're supposed to get from eating actual food. This culture of thinking fast food is a positive is some great social engineering by people who only seek to exploit. I know I'll never change your mind since you like listening to your overseers, but that won't stop me for voicing the truth about fast food.

1. It's bad for the body and mind.
2. It's bad for the environment.

Anyways that roast beef was awesome.

I had some brisket recently that was sous-vide for 36 hours at 155f then baked for 2 to get a delicious crust. It was the best brisket ever!

I'm going to sous-vide more often.
