It's all about the personal liability that comes with it. Protects you if you're sued and can also cover defense costs. If/when you get a quote, check out the difference in price per month for getting $100,000 of liability coverage per month compared to $1,000,000 per month. Its usually very small. Problem is that its on a corner of a busy intersection that isnt convenient for me in the slightest. I cant turn into it from my usual route (no left turns), so I would need to do a U-turn just to get on the other side of the road to eventually get to it. Then when leaving, its only right turns to exit the place. So Id need to do another U-turn to head home. But I feel like it needs FF7 (already confirmed), MGS, Crash, and SotN at the very least to have a shot at selling very well. A PS2 Classic would be very interesting, if that ever comes about.
