I know it's up to me. But as I said, my mind is keeping me trapped. My tools I've learnt in therapy doesn't always work. I have social anxiety too, and general anxiety disorder. In my core I have an assumption of myself that I'm totally and utterly worthless, and that is dictating my behavior and choices, failure for me makes me feel so bad. Just the fact that I can't handle this now despite with the tools I have is making my thoughts and emotions spin out of control into a self hate spiral.

Go back and find a new set of therapists to help you then. The current one that you saw isn't helping.

My depression isn't caused by any outside factors, yeah things like not having any friends or social life other than David isn't helping but ultimately it's things in my core that is damaged and I dunno how to repair it.

If you have no friends, then you need to put your self out there at the work place or local hang out areas and find folks with common interests.

If YOU do nothing to solve it, you're just going to be spinning your tires while having your vehicle sit on cinder blocks.

You need to literally get off your butt and start interacting with folks, making friends, etc.

No but seriously, if you can't live without the privacy there's no reason your combined locker room will solve any problems. Prisons keep inmates fully public for security reasons. Obviously I wouldn't want to feel like I'm taking a prison shower any time I go to the gym, but you get what you get.

1) People can change their clothes in private (ergo be naked momentarily)
2) People can shower without fear of on-lookers
3) People can Pee / Poo in private and we have a larger common pool of Pee / Poo stalls
4) Everybody has access to a larger communal room for a Locker Room to throw stuff in to be locked up.

I'm sure you enjoy guys looking at your junk while you're in that large common shower room and getting to see other guys junk.

But I take no pleasure in looking at another man's junk.

I've always thought this would be the best solution to the whole transgender bathroom / changing room issue. Get rid of gendered rooms in the first place and just have single-user (gender-neutral) ones.

Complete unisex changing rooms with individual lockable stalls for changing clothes and a shared locker room for storage would fix this issue.
Place signs with directions stating "USE STALLS for changing clothes" would fix all of this non-sense.
Make sure to have Anti-peeping grates / fencing above and below the stall so no pervs can spy through the changing stalls.
