Not a fan of homecoming. It felt like nothing happened, even though they skipped the whole "boy bit by a spider" part. I'm an action fan, and there just wasn't enough of it. I'm hopeful that the second movie can deliver.

Best one mechanically. 1 has the best world and atmosphere, BY FAR. 2 is... Somewhere in the middle. It's a little better than one when it comes to controls, imo, and the world is more open than 3. It sticks with the "choose your own path" approach that 1 has, which is a huge plus, but many of the areas just aren't memorable for me. 3 has superior gameplay/aesthetics (imo), and has memorable areas, but the choice of direction was extremely streamlined. You pretty much just went one way, with only a handful of instances of choosing your own path.

The dream was that the remaster of the first game was going to have the engine of 3. That would have been amazing.
