It's not hard to break the cycle at all. My parents didn't have a lot of money, but I do, because I went to college and worked hard.

Thats a nice anecdote, and Im not saying its impossible, but its harder for many people than that.

That also doesnt address my main point, which is that the situation in the OP is unnecessary.

I guess I assumed by the title that they were empowering each other in their whiteness and straightness. If they are white and straight and supporting each other with other nonrelated issues of course theres nothing out of the ordinary with that.

I'm black, and even I think that straight white men get a lot of heat these days just for existing and having "privilege." Some may come from money, but that literally has nothing to do with skin color.

I can see how they do get heat from certain demographics. But the notion of a group of them getting together as a support group is definitely unnecessary.

Peanut butter can be good. Any dark chocolate (>80% cacao I go by) that is healthy can add sweetness and a little more sugar for an energy kick, but youd wanna balance it with the bananas to not get too much sugar.

The PSP had original games too. Since you missed the obvious point I'll just clearly and directly say it. People made exception for the DS, people didn't make exception for the PSP. Basically Nintendrones did Nintendrone things.

What I said for the DS applies to the PSP also, so Im not sure what your point is. The PSP was not hated by any stretch. The DS sold better because its games (and Nintendo in general) appeal to a much, much wider market than Playstation. Stop coming up with useless things to fake outrage about.

Every instructor me and my fiance have ever had has said to make sure to get your protein in at least 30 minutes after your workout.

Is that just a ruse to try and get us to use their dopey health bar downstairs?

30 min has the most benefit. Its important to get a certain amount of protein every day regardless of timing to build, but getting in at least 20g within ~30 min after your workout has best results, but youre obviously not going to eat your whole days protein in that time and its just bonus.

In general, all you can do is treat the symptoms of a cold, not the cold itself. Vitamin C and anything else that boosts your immune system is useless once the cold is actually there.

Generally, eating healthy and drinking lots of water is the best way to treat. Lots of vegetables, and things with zinc and other minerals are good, but zinc tablets are probably not doing much.
