Well, that's what I've gotten so far from her interview. I mean, tbf "I don't know science, but it worked for me" is a very common refrain among people trying to peddle pseudoscience. There's also a bit of survivor bias going on. It's somewhat useful to hear "I tried to do ____ and it didn't work for me", but a lot less going the other direction. I've made lots of poor decisions in my life health/nutritionwise, but am perfectly healthy (and for most of my life have been underweight). It would be awful if I were to suggest to people that they do those same things because they ended up not totally destroying me. --- |

Like saying "I agree with Trump that the media is garbage" is completely disingenuous if you are rejecting his justification of "...because they say bad things about me". You're not really agreeing at all. You're just coming to a similar conclusion to a binary question. Trump doesn't have any meaningful criticisms of McCain. He dislikes McCain for some of the only good things that McCain has done. I think McCain was overrated for plenty of things (his status of being a "Maverick" was completely overblown), but "voting against my healthcare repeal", "saying my comments were inappropriate", and "Losing an election to Obama" aren't among them. --- |

Alt-right (besides being a self-coined term) largely refers to conservatism motivated by nationalism rather than by Christianity. Alt-right people aren't accurately described by "far right", because there are plenty of conservative ideals that they are indifferent towards. --- |

Because it allows you to provide more strategic knobs for the player because you can offer wider varying power level of weapons. It's a strategy game and it's not an unreasonable resource to manage (since it drives the management of basically all the real resources in Fire Emblem). The basic items have plenty of durability and it's a slow paced game, so it's not an overbearing amount of managing. --- |
